Welcome to Voodoo Imagery — a creative space built for wild lovers, storytellers, and dreamers who crave something deeper than ordinary.
By booking a session, making a payment, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies exist to ensure clarity, respect, and a seamless experience for both of us.

1. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable retainer is required to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due by the date stated in your contract or invoice.
Dates are not guaranteed until payment is received.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the retainer. Reschedules may be accommodated once at no additional cost, subject to availability.

2. Creative Direction

When you book with Voodoo Imagery, you’re booking an artistic experience.
You trust in our vision, mood, and creative process — and in return, we promise to bring your story to life with authenticity, intention, and magic.

Voodoo Imagery maintains full creative control over styling, posing, lighting, and final editing to preserve brand consistency.
Raw (unedited) images are not released under any circumstance.

3. Image Delivery

Final edited images are delivered via online gallery within 4–8 weeks unless otherwise noted.
Prints, albums, and add-ons may have separate delivery timelines communicated directly.

4. Copyright & Usage

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Voodoo Imagery.
Clients receive personal-use rights, including printing, sharing, and displaying images.
Any commercial, promotional, or editorial use requires prior written consent and a separate licensing agreement.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Voodoo Imagery retains the right to use images for portfolio display, marketing, and social media.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

Voodoo Imagery is not liable for injury, property damage, or unforeseen circumstances (including illness, weather, or equipment failure).
In such cases, sessions may be rescheduled or partially refunded at the photographer’s discretion.

6. Client Cooperation

Clients agree to arrive on time and prepared for their session.
Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time without refund. - If your arrival is later than 30 mins, the photographer has full rights to leave without expectation of continue to service or honor prior agreements. 
Mutual respect and open communication ensure the best experience for everyone involved. I will be on time, and I expect the same from my clients. Communication is key. 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States.
By engaging with Voodoo Imagery, you agree to resolve any disputes within this jurisdiction.
